This project is based on generating a Ice Cream shop in accordance with the rules of social distancing
and biosafety regulations. To implement the job, in the first chapter a theoretical investigation is carried
out that covers several points to be used in a commercial premises, as well as the material and home automation for its possible application in the ice cream shop. A study of the current regulations in the city of
Cuenca is carried out, the analysis of the space to be intervened, based on the study of three references
that help us to identify possible solutions and obtain new ideas, both in the formal and aesthetic part.
This proposal is performed according to what was previously analyzed, an ice cream shop that complies
with the established guidelines of social distancing and biosafety regulations, solving the problems and
needs for each space. In addition to having technical specifications such as plans, construction systems,
3D model and the final cost of the project.
