Resumen
The main objective of the technical project was to design and validate a blender machine based on the need in the market, improving the time and resources of the producers, achieving a product that meets quality standards. Information from several producers and bibliographical references from various authors was compiled, with this it was possible to establish the fundamental design parameters considering the capacity of 25 Kg, the speed required for the process of 36 rpm and the stretching force of 490 N. Also considering the competition that exists in the market. For this, the concurrent design method was used, which provides a weighting of the selection of alternatives to respond to what the client requires through the voice of the engineer, resulting in the technical specifications for a prior approach to the design of the prototype. An optimal triangular-type three-arm mechanism was established, with the application of a 3-Hp three-phase motor, a frequency inverter, and a two-row chain transmission. The mechanical elements of the prototype were calculated and theoretically designed and verified by means of modeling in SolidWorks software collectively with analysis by the finite element method in ANSYS software to check the stress and deformation states under maximum capacity. As a result, the BP86 Blender machine meets the characteristics of a mechanism that will contribute to society to avoid bone diseases in producers. Therefore, it is concluded that the prototype is valid against the need that exists under conditions of ergonomics and comfort for the user, considering the implementation of an operation and maintenance manual for the machine.
