Propuesta de un sistema de señalización turística para la provincia de Orellana.

Abstract

This study aimed to establish a tourist signaling system for the province of Orellana, Ecuador. Prospective research was developed considering the research and field methods to achieve the systematization of the tourist attractions of Orellana to be signaled, the technical specifications of the Tourist Signaling Manual were fulfilled, as well as Adobe Premier pro software was used. The design of each of the means to be implemented was achieved, such as billboards, tourist totems, among others. The cost analysis was carried out through the Unit Price Analysis method, serving as a guide for the elaboration of the total budget for the implementation of the signaling system. As a result, it was possible to summarize the total of tourist attractions that the province of Orellana has with the axis of analysis of the Yaku Ñamby tourist in order to strengthen the Water Route, the design and budget of each one of the means was obtained taking into account the four cities of the province and the points of direction to the province, developing with the systematization of data the diagnosis of needs for an optimal signaling. These signals are designed according to the technical specifications of the Tourist Signage Manual of the Ministry of Tourism for its implementation. In conclusion, it was determined that the implementation of the tourist signaling system is essential since the province of Orellana has a variety of potential tourist attractions. So, it is recommended to implement them urgently since it helps to position the province as the last paradise and as a sustainable tourist destination.
