dc.description.abstractThe present study was aimed to design a strategic plan for a microcap company called Refrirepuestos Chimborazo, located in Riobamba city, which is part of the local economic dynamism. To do this, a qualitative approach methodology was used, with a descriptive approach, with an exploratory level where it was possible to identify the main study variables and establish the research techniques for the collection of competent information to carry out the proposal through some instruments like a questionnaire and an interview guide along with administrative tools such as the SWOT and the DAFO matrix that were able to detect the main internal and external factors of the microcap company and thus identifying current threats that involve losses of resources and weaknesses that cause a higher risk during the development of the organizational operations, its main problem being the inappropriate use of financial administrative resources to enhance the business continuity. Giving as main result the immediate need to design a strategic plan that manages to mitigate the risks of weaknesses and strengthen the use of current resources of Refrirepuestos Chimborazo. It is concluded that the diagnosis made in the organization was fundamental for the proposal of the different strategies, in addition, immediate implementation is recommended to achieve a high position in the market and improve the profitability for its investors.
