Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un establecimiento especializado en mariscos en la provincia de Chimborazo ciudad de Riobamba 2018-2019

Abstract

The present degree project is aimed at carrying out a feasibility study for the creation of seafood restaurant in Riobamba Canton, this is a descriptive, bibliographic and field type research, because a survey was used as data collection tools with 11 questions which were applied through the marked study, and it was possible to gather information in which tastes and preferences are known , establishing a percentage of unsatisfied population about 60% of people who are not satisfied in the sale of this type of establishment that is 21,609,861; as well as a technical analysis was applied where it was obtained that the seafood restaurant will have an availability of 70 people, together with a size, location, design and a specialized staff; The administrative study was conducted through a structural organization chart, the production and commercialization areas, personnel selection, hiring, induction and recruitment process for the business were verified; in the environmental study for mitigation and environmental care; and the financial study the indicators show the project as feasible since it presents a positive NPV(NET Present Value) of $312,487.10 the payback period of investment is planned to last 2 years 8 months and 1 days. The result of study demonstrated that it is viable, and sustainable on its own. It is recommended to provide a quality service in such a way that it is attractive to customers; the function manual should be carried out fully by the employees in all areas of the establishment. Due to the financial study importance of this project it is proposed that it must be renewed through financial indicators such as: npv, since the importance of the economic situation of the company is known.
