dc.description.abstractThis document is about pre-professionals practices systematization that were done in the Otoño Inolvidable Fundation, that holds a population of older adults which ages fluctuate between sixty to ninety years. We worked hand in hand with the fundation managers, to bring a safe environment for the beneficiaries that wanted to participate in the different planned activities. We proposed an active listening and a accompaniment project built up in three steps, which purpose was to establish a solid support network to try to reduce the effects of the most common problematics in this population; family abandonement. We established the safe integration of each participant to the group as a priority and our work as interveners was being a part of it and their personal evolution. To generate a solid support network we used auto-concept activities to reinforce the individuality, active listening to integrate all the participants and ludic activities to strengthen their link as a collective. Each activities were made up to accomplish the systematization´s objetives, to propitiate a significant improvement in the beneficers life.
