Big Data applies technological concepts in many industries today, industries generate a large volume of heterogeneous data that can be retrieved, processed, analyzed for executives to observe, and project the business. The general objective is to design a general computational data model for the management of money collections in the banking sector in Ecuador based on Big Data. After a systematic review of the literature and using PRISMA, the analysis of 39 scientific articles related to Big Data and banking was obtained and carried out, a computational model was proposed for consultations and predictions in money captures based on Big Data, it is highlighted that 19 scientific articles are useful to propose the computational model. It is concluded that Big Data is a trend in the banking industry because banking transactions are on the rise, analysis helps in the management of several sub-areas, customer bank data is confidential equal to health data, and this data generates necessary knowledge for banks, the use of Big Data helps banks in making more positive decisions and protecting businesses.
