dc.description.abstract | Self-concept is the way we perceive ourselves in different contexts. Within an educational institution, self-concept plays an important role in teachers, as well as institutional philosophy. The present investigation focused on the coincidence between the self-concept and the level of identification with the institutional philosophy of the teachers, the methodology was: quantitative, descriptive and correlational. We worked with 50 people, 31 women and 19 men. The AF5 Scale and the Evaluation Questionnaire for identification with the institutional philosophy were extracted. The results that were acquired were the following. Self-concept: physical (M = 86.8), work (M = 73.9), family (M = 61.3), social (M = 55.2) and emotional (M = 50.8). Identification level: trend elevated 22.86. A moderate level consequence was obtained. | |
