Lubricants are an important part for the proper functioning of all types of machines, especially those in the automotive sector since their origin they have been very useful and have been in constant evolution to meet all the demands so that all machines are more competitive and efficient. As this type of product had a mineral origin, when its useful life ended, it was discarded, and the environment was harmed. After several investigations and demands, the machines must use products that protect both the machines and the environment.
The lubrication system has been used for many millennia, all this was due to the fact that in the Egyptian era they used animal-based fat as the first lubricant system for the construction and elaboration of their pyramids, applying it to their rollers for the mobility of all the stones that were used for such majestic ancient architecture.
From the exploration and exploitation of oil in the 19th century in the United States in the State of Pennsylvania, a serious study of oil began by replacing animal fat with mineral in weaving machines and they saw that they lengthened their useful life, so who began to use products made from petroleum.
Since the 20th century, a variety of larger and more complex machines were created, and they saw the need to create lubricating products to keep them in proper working order. From now on, when people create new forms of transportation and more complex machines, there has been a great development of lubricant products.
These lubricants for a long time affected both the health of people and the environment, so they have had to go through many regulations that benefit everyone and thus people acquire vehicles and take care of them using all good quality additives either focused on the product or price depending on the customer.
