This research work addresses the development of oral language in children aged 5-6 who have dysphemia, to carry out this study the pre-professional practices carried out as part of the academic training were taken into account and this problem was observed with infants. In addition, the disinformation expressed by the teachers was evidenced by not knowing how to work with children who presented this difficulty, for this reason information was collected from magazine articles, books and theses taking into account definitions, causes and intervention alternatives. The objective of this research was to support teachers and parents to work directly and indirectly with children with dysphemia through a Guide with methodological strategies and thus help the infant to overcome this disorder and improve their fluency. in his speech. The Methodological Guide is divided into four parts: Relaxation exercises, breathing, breathing and rhythmic speech, each section has five different strategies that will help children improve their oral language fluency.
