Evaluación de la extracción de aceite de semillas de linaza (Linum usitatissimum L.) utilizando como pretratamiento la técnica de explosión de vapor

Abstract

The objective of this research was to apply steam explosion pretreatment to flaxseed to determine if there is a higher yield in oil percentage. The percentage of oil without pretreatment was 28.91% while the percentage of oil obtained with the pretreated seeds was 50.69%.
