This research was developed to visualize the forms of affectations in the modality of telework developed during the pandemic of COVID-19 on the organizational climate that maintained or developed the workers of private companies since this implies the human interaction and generation of relations in a face-to-face way. The objective of the research was to analyze the impact of the organizational climate in the telework modality with the workers of the human talent area in Quito 2022. The study used a non-experimental qualitative approach based on the systemic approach of the structure of private organizations. The main result indicates that the modality of teleworking implemented in the pandemic did influence the perceptions on organizational climate since the workers do not receive an experience of face-to-face interaction and weakens the communication of the processes. With the research developed was intended to visualize the great importance of maintaining processes focused on the mental health and welfare of workers, as has been reviewed throughout this research highlights the organizational climate and culture are the most influential factors in which workers see the company and the commitment they have with the objectives of this.
