dc.description.abstract | The present study corresponds to a case study whose purpose is to analyse the process of school socialization of students of the Upper Basic Sublevel in virtual environments during the health emergency by Covid-19. This analysis is based on the importance of the school socialization process in the lives of individuals, emphasizing that in the school space children and adolescents exchange and learn optimal ideas, norms and values to respond to the needs of society. This work arises from the need to know the development of socialization processes in virtual environments from the global pandemic of Covid 19, in addition to the influence of socialization agents and the changes produced in the interaction between peers. To carry out the work and meet the objectives set, we worked with a qualitative methodology, a phenomenological method and the following techniques were applied: non-participant observation, interviews and focus groups with an intentional sample of Upper Basic Students. Among the results it was possible to show that the pandemic and tele-education modified the roles and actions of students, due to a rigid class system, the reduction of interaction between classmates, the elimination of group work as a learning strategy, the establishment of new routines and the combination of school and home environments in the same physical space. | |
