dc.descriptionThe research was carried out with the objective of obtaining information on bipolar disorder as a psychosocial factor in families of the Pueblo Nuevo Parish, starting from the bibliographic study on the psychosocial effects in order to detect the dimensions of psychosocial functioning in the families of that locality. The approach used for this research is the quali-quantitative paradigm to 20 families diagnosed with bipolar disorder through psychological batteries the MDQ questionnaire for mood disorders that identifies according to the DSMIV the early onset symptoms of bipolar disorder, as well as the SDI which was designed to evaluate subjectively the level of psychosocial dysfunction in families with anxiety disorders and proved its effectiveness in bipolar dysfunction. Through an active, directive and structured model such as Reiser and Thompson's cognitive behavioral technique for TB patients, which restructures the cognition of unhelpful hypomanic and depressive thoughts, mood probing, interpersonal social rhythm therapy and behavioral coping techniques. The same that will help the user with bipolarity to identify the symptomatology, the prevention and reduction of the number of relapses and the coexistence with the disorder.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación se realizó con el objetivo de obtener información sobre Trastorno bipolar, como Factor psicosocial familias de la Parroquia Pueblo Nuevo, partiendo desde el estudio bibliográfico sobre los efectos psicosocial con el fin detectar las dimensiones de funcionamiento psicosocial en las familias de esa localidad. El enfoque utilizado para esta investigación es el paradigma cuali – cuantitativo a 20 familias diagnosticados con trastorno bipolar a través de baterías psicológicas el cuestionario MDQ para trastornos del humor que identifica según el DSMIV los síntomas de inicio temprano de trastorno bipolar, así como el SDI el cual fue diseñado para evaluar de forma subjetiva el nivel de disfunción psicosocial en familias con trastornos de ansiedad y comprobada su efectividad en la disfunción bipolar. Mediante un modelo activo, directivo y estructurado como es la técnica cognitiva conductual de Reiser y Thompson para pacientes que padecen TB, la misma que reestructura la cognición de pensamientos no útiles de hipomanía y depresivos, sondeo de estado de ánimo, terapia interpersonal de ritmo social y técnicas conductuales de afrontamiento. La misma que ayudara al usuario con bipolaridad a la identificación de la sintomatología, la prevención y reducción del número de recaídas y la convivencia con trastorno.es-ES
