variables satisfacción laboral (SL), bienestar subjetivo (BS), funcionamiento
// ABSTRACT: The general objective of this research was to describe the relationship between the
variables work satisfaction (WS), subjective well-being (BS), family functioning (FF)
and work-family enrichment (WF). A dossier of instruments was administered to 66
workers in a public service in the Maule Region, including the Work-Family
Enrichment Scale (WFES), the Work Satisfaction Questionnaire 10/12, the Life
Satisfaction Scale, the Subjective Happiness Scale and the APGAR Family
Functioning Scale. A high level of FTS is observed in the study population and
moderately high levels for the variables BS, SL, and FF. Likewise, significant and
positive relationships are observed between FS and ETF, with BS and with FF,
also between BS and FF. However, no significant relationship was observed
between ETF and FF. Given that the hypotheses were moderately corroborated
with regard to the levels and relationships between variables, it is suggested that
the importance of considering the labour role in the ETF above the family role be further explored, with organisational policies consistent with this importance.
