Relación precipitación, infiltración y escorrentía para la época de lluvia en la microcuenca Yanango-Chanchamayo

La presente investigación se desarrolló en la microcuenca del río Yanango que se encuentra ubicada entre las coordenadas geográficas 11°11'55.51" y 11°19'46.33" Latitud Sur; 75°25'48.35" y 75°30'27.54" Longitud oeste, cubre una extensión de 4953 ha. En el área de estudio se presentan frecuentes avenidas que provocan deslizamientos e inundaciones, poniendo en riesgo a poblaciones residentes en los márgenes del rio Tarma, ocasionado por la atribución de caudales compuestos de lodo y material rocoso del rio Yanango, por tanto es necesario predecir la escorrentía superficial e infiltración a partir de la precipitación. Los objetivos específicos son calcular la abstracción inicial (Ia), determinar la relación precipitación-escorrentía superficial, precipitación-infiltración, infiltración-escorrentía superficial y por ultimo medir la caudal base y máximo del rio Yanango. Se utilizó el método IDW (Pesos inversos a la distancia) para la interpolación de precipitación diaria (febrero, marzo y abril) de los años 2011 al 2014; el método del número de curvas (CN) para estimar la escorrentía superficial e infiltración y la formula de Manning para medir el caudal del rio Yanango. La abstracción inicial (Ia) se calculó a partir del análisis de mapas temáticos (geomorfología, tipo de suelo y cobertura vegetal) realizados por el proyecto de zonificación ecológica y económica para el desarrollo de la región Junín en el año 2012, teniendo como resultado una Ia = 33.95 mm; así mismo la relación precipitación-escorrentía superficial resulto alta, la relación precipitación-infiltración es moderada, la relación infiltración-escorrentía superficial es baja y el caudal base medido del rio Yanango es de 5.02 m3/s y máximo es de 136.46 m3/s.
