Resumen
El propósito del presente estudio, es mejorar la disponibilidad de suministro de energía
eléctrica para las 3 subestaciones móviles de 7.5/8.4 MVA y 23/7.2 kV cada una de Minera
Chinalco Perú S.A. mediante el diseño de una línea eléctrica de distribución en 23kV, que hará
que el sistema eléctrico de mina pase de trabajar de sistema radial a sistema en anillo.
La investigación fue del tipo aplicada, en nivel descriptivo y de metodología descriptivo analítica. Los estudios se realizaron en el sistema eléctrico de mina en 23kV, la recolección de
datos fue por entrevista y simulación digital, para el procesamiento de datos se usaron los
softwares DIGSILENT y DLTCAD.
El diseño de línea de distribución da como resultado la disminución de cortes programados por
voladura, logrando con ello mejorar de la disponibilidad de suministro eléctrico hacia las 3
subestaciones móviles del área de mina.
Para la presente tesis se menciona el nivel de tensión de 23kV para referirse al nivel
normalizado de 22.9kV, dado que Minera Chinalco Perú S.A considera el primero en informes,
estudios y tags de equipos de su propiedad.
