Resumen
La tesis tuvo por objetivo medir la relación entre el índice de recomendación
neta y la satisfacción del cliente en el Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. agencia
Tarma. La metodología propuesta incluyó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico,
nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental. La muestra incluida no fue
probabilística sino intencional de 250 clientes encuestados durante cinco días de
manera accidental, el instrumento de medición alcanzó un nivel de validez de 0,84
y la confiabilidad un nivel de 0,879. La variable índice de recomendación neta fue
medida en tres categorías: detractores, neutros y promotores; la variable
satisfacción del cliente fue medido también en tres categorías: alto, medio y bajo.
El estadístico correlacional de prueba fue Tau b de Kendall. Los resultados
muestran la existencia de relación estadísticamente significativa con un p-valor de
0,000 entre índice de recomendación neta y satisfacción del cliente.
