Análisis del comportamiento lineal de la estructura del pavimento flexible mediante redes neuronales en la carretera Panamericana Norte

El presente trabajo de investigación realiza la descripción del análisis del comportamiento Lineal de pavimentos flexible mediante Sistemas no convencionales, como la Inteligencia Artificial.
Este trabajo desarrolla un modelo de análisis del comportamiento lineal de un sistema multicapa con el uso de redes neuronales artificiales (RNA), en el cual se desarrolla un modelo neuronal capaz de estimar módulos de elasticidad a partir de datos de deflexión mediante pruebas no destructivas y retro análisis modulares obtenidos con los softwares MICHBACK y BACKVIDE. En el diseño del modelo neuronal se realizó una intensa labor para obtener una red neuronal óptima. Como resultado se tiene un modelo confiable, robusto y eficiente.
A partir del modelo neuronal óptimo se analizó el comportamiento lineal de la carretera Panamericana Norte perteneciente al proyecto de Conservación Vial Sullana, Tramo I. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se hace un análisis de estos con apoyo de los indicadores estructurales de pruebas de deflexión y del número estructural teórico y efectivo, encontrándose en el sector 4 bajos valores de módulos elásticos (menores a 10 000MPa) y con deflexiones máximas (0.6 μm) que evidencia que los módulos elásticos son congruentes con los indicadores estructurales. Por otro lado los módulos elásticos en la subrasante obtenidos con la red neuronal, Michback y CVS son parecidos y tienen la misma tendencia con un valor promedio de 175 MPa. Lo mismo ocurre con el número estructural efectivo, siendo el secto I con los valores más bajos (menores de 3) lo que evidencia intervención en este sector.
