Satisfacción laboral e identificación organizacional en docentes de instituciones educativas de nivel primario de Satipo – Junín

Esta investigación analiza la relación existente entre satisfacción laboral e identificación organizacional en docentes de instituciones educativas del nivel primario de la zona urbana de Satipo – Junín. Se fundamenta con los postulados del Modelo de Expectativas, la Teoría de Ajuste al Trabajo y la Teoría de Identidad Social. Metodológicamente es una investigación descriptiva con características de estudio de campo, no experimental basado en el enfoque cuantitativo. Se empleó el Método Descriptivo con el diseño transeccional: descriptivo – comparativo, en una muestra no probabilística de 96 docentes de cinco instituciones educativas representativas de Satipo. Para el acopio de datos se empleó la “Escala de Satisfacción Laboral SL – SPC” y la “Escala de Identificación Organizacional”, adaptadas y validadas para el caso. Conclusiones: se identificó mayor predominio de docentes con nivel medio de satisfacción laboral, tanto a nivel global como por facetas. También se encontró mayor predominio de docentes con nivel medio de identificación con la organización donde laboran. Se halló correlación directa y significativa entre la satisfacción laboral y la identificación organizacional de los docentes de la muestra total estudiada. También se tuvo este perfil cuando se correlaciona las dimensiones de la satisfacción laboral con la identificación organizacional de estos docentes.
