dc.descriptionFrom a psychoanalytic reading of adolescence and the conflicts it entails for the teenager, and from the research work with young offenders in the city of Belo Horizonte (Brazil), these hypotheses are presented as a key for the reading, and with which we hope to contribute to the work and study of adolescence in its form of social inscription in conflict with law. As a conclusion, we reaffirm the importance of protecting the adolescent's singularities in order to keep opening new fields of work and reading regarding this form of social bond.en-US

Concluimos reafirmando la importancia de resguardar las singularidades del adolescente para continuar abriendo nuevos campos de trabajo y lectura frente a esta forma de lazo social.es-ES
dc.descriptionCet article propose une série d'hypothèses en tant que pistes de lecture pour contribuer au travail et l'étude de l'adolescence lorsque celle-ci est en conflit avec la loi. Ces hypothèses sont basées sur une approche psychanalytique de l'adolescence et les conflits qu'elle entraîne pour les jeunes, et sur le travail de recherche auprès de plusieurs jeunes délinquants de la ville de Belo Horizonte au Brésil. L'importance de la sauvegarde des singularités de l'adolescent, afin de continuer d'ouvrir de nouveaux domaines de travail et d'approche face à cette forme de lien social, apparaît comme l'une des conclusions de cet article.fr-CA
