Resumen
The importance of the exchange of goods and services between the countries its increasing every day and in every moment, that’s why the globalization its getting more importance because there are always more companies needing more facility with exchanging goods and services worldwide. Dairy industry its getting more competitive every day, sector which the company interested in the study works, Lacteos Nelly S.A. Fact that makes the company Lacteos Nelly S.A. need to make an analyses of importing equipment for dairy production from Brazil to Honduras, this for the company renew its production line and get more competitive in its sector. The method used in this project was the qualitative, which its objective is to analyze, understand and interpret a real case of purchasing equipment by importing them from Brazil to Honduras. The determination of the unit of analyses was because of the need presented by the importing company in needing to buy equipment from Brazil. For gathering the information of this study they were used the following techniques, interviews semi-structured to the managers of the exporting company, questionnaires and documentation involved in the process. The analysis of the text used in the study was the Content Analyses. The information used in this case its valid for the company involved in the study and for this specific case. Brazil it’s a country which has one of the most important economies in the world and one of the most important sector is the food industry. The supplier was chosen because it was the one who offered the best relation in cost/benefit and that it is located in one of the states with the biggest dairy industries in Santa Catarina, which is the third state with more milk production in Brazil. In the process one important factor for making the process more interesting was that for exporting goods or services Brazil has no tax fee so it makes the price interesting. Also the government of Honduras for dairy equipment it has no taxes which make the price of the equipment sometimes cheaper than the internal market of Brazil.
