Resumen
This dissertation aimed to understand how the cooperation networks, through a culture of project, can contribute to the promotion of value creation (meaning) in the Fashion System. Were identified the factors which cooperation in networks is highlighted, which in this environment, is directly related to the appropriation of the local culture. In this way tangible expertise in local skills and manual techniques is pointed out as a tendency to be involved with a limited production of artifacts in Portugal. In Brazil, the existence of a huge cultural diversity also extends to raw materials. With the same relevance, some unexpected results were also considered, and the cooperation is indicated as sound evidence. The study is characterized as Project Oriented in a qualitative analysis of the data. In this context, the use of multi methods were incorporated, that is, oriented to the collection of information as well as to the presentation of information. The research is based on the study of evidence, always having as reference an emblematic case in which the project culture is implicit - "The Third Italy
