Abstract

This work to present a project plan for the development and implementation of silvicultural process mapping methodology the company CMPC Celulose Riograndense. The process mapping describes an objective way the organization is operating, detailing each process of this organization, and identifying its key inputs and process outputs. Offering opportunities for improvement and even leading process reengineering. This project is in line with the strategy of company management, as its focus is to provide a current diagnosis of the processes performed by companies providing forestry services. In order to structure this project and reduce risks was used to project management methodology from start to finish mapping these processes. This paper presents the project management plan with management plans of integration, scope, time, cost, risk, quality, resources, communications, procurement, and methodologies necessary for the proper practice of project management, with best practices addressed in the PMBOK guide.
