dc.description.abstractThis work aims to improve the efficiency of the ideas management from the company named X, both in the quality of ideas generated, and in time of implementation of this ideas, providing opportunities to staff being able to make the business more profitable to the company X within the organization. The method used was descriptive, qualitative, made possible through interviews with employees in order to identify improvements needed that make the instrument system of ideas management a place where employees feel happy to contribute to the business and that the results can be felt in the organization. As main result it was found that company X has an opportunity to develop management aimed at training employees to be contributors to the business results through ideas. The ideas management system may become a place of continuing innovation; however, the company must be aware that has to encourage their employees, recognizing their contribution through an award (a party with the presence of their family and the company managements, dissemination in the main murals of the company etc.) showing the organization this kind of attitude is the way for people to show their skills and help the prosperity of the business.
