Resumen
This research has as theme projects of life and emancipation: be citizen-subject through life narratives of three young oh the Diocesan Foundation The Bread of the Poor of St. Anthony (Bread of the Poor) in Porto Alegre - RS. Based on the life narratives of these young people in situations of vulnerabilities, this paper aims to identify and to understand how is the constitution of the project of life, aiming at the emancipation, and if the project of life leads subjects to be, in fact, citizen-subject. Listening and looking out for the life narrative of the subjects is essential for the researcher to capture all the nuances and interlacements of the events present in these narratives. The research project is inserted in the search line III, Education, Development and Technology, of the Postgraduate Program in Education. Therefore he relies on theorists who belong to that research fields. In such fields it operates with concepts such projects of life, emancipation, citizen-subject, youth and citizenship. It analyzes also those marks and constituent processes of autonomy, participation and emancipation, using documental analysis, qualitative research, through open interviews to enable the research subjects through their narrative, to reflect on their process of selfdetermination to constitute his project of life and emancipatory forms which make them citizen-subjects even if in a context of social exclusion and/or extreme vulnerability.
