El consumo de H en mujeres gestantes y sus efectos

Las mujeres constituyen un tercio de las personas que consumen drogas a nivel mundial. Una proporción significativa de estas mujeres está en edad reproductiva, lo que significa que es probable que el consumo de drogas y el embarazo converjan, nuestro estudio se basó en determinar las causas del consumo de H en mujeres gestantes del Hospital Universitario de la ciudad de Guayaquil, estudio retrospectivo con enfoque cuantitativo donde se analizaron las historias clínicas de las respectivas pacientes, llegando a los siguientes resultados y conclusión: Los efectos más frecuentes en mujeres gestantes del Hospital Universitario en el periodo 2020 a 2021, fueron la ruptura prematura de membranas y los abortos. Los datos sociodemograficos en mujeres gestantes del Hospital Universitario en el periodo 2020 a 2021, fueron mujeres de 18 a 26 años con nivel socioeconómico bajo y multípara, la prevalencia e Incidencia fue de 19 casos por 100 habitantes y de 31% respectivamente, las principales complicaciones fetales fue el síndrome de abstinencia neonatal, las causas que influyen en el consumo de H en mujeres gestantes del Hospital Universitario en el periodo 2020 a 2021, fueron el fácil acceso a la droga, el nivel socioeconómico bajo y nivel cultural bajo. Women make up a third of people who use drugs globally. A significant proportion of these women are of reproductive age, which means that drug use and pregnancy are likely to converge. Our study was based on determining the causes of H use in pregnant women at the University Hospital of the city of Guayaquil, a retrospective study with a quantitative approach where the medical records of the respective patients were analyzed, reaching the following results and conclusion: The most frequent effects in pregnant women at the University Hospital in the period 2020 to 2021 were premature rupture of membranes and abortions. The sociodemographic data in pregnant women of the University Hospital in the period 2020 to 2021, were women from 18 to 26 years old with low socioeconomic status and multiparous, the prevalence and incidence was 19 cases per 100 inhabitants and 31% respectively, the main complications fetal was the neonatal abstinence syndrome, the causes that influence the consumption of H in pregnant women of the University Hospital in the period 2020 to 2021, were easy access to the drug, low socioeconomic level and low cultural level.
