Desarrollo de una aplicación web para el monitoreo de servicios API REST y datos estadísticos de las diferentes aplicaciones móviles de la Empresa Doiscore S.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza con el fin de mejorar los procesos de monitoreo de los servicios API REST y la revisión de datos estadísticos de las diferentes aplicaciones de la empresa Doiscore S.A., mediante el diseño de una aplicación web. Para conocer el proceso actual del objeto de estudio se aplicó el tipo de investigación descriptiva, la que permitió entender cómo se llevaban los procesos de monitoreo de las aplicaciones e identificar la problemática existente. Durante el desarrollo del sistema se empleó la metodología XP que tiene como objetivo la participación activa del usuario en todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto por medio de las fases que dan soporte al trabajo de investigación. Para la parte del Frontend de la aplicación web se utilizó el framework Bootstrap junto con PHP, JavaScript y el lenguaje de interpretación HTML, y, en el caso del Backend se usó JavaScript junto con NodeJs para acceder a una base de datos MongoDB, en efecto, se obtuvo el diseño del proceso mejorado de monitoreo y de datos estadísticos, al igual que la aportación por parte del aplicativo web en la toma de decisiones en base a las estadísticas que ofrece el sistema.

This research work is carried out in order to improve the monitoring processes of API REST services and the review of statistical data of the different applications of the company Doiscore S.A., by designing a web application. To know the current process of the object of study, the type of descriptive research was applied, which allowed understanding how the monitoring processes of the applications were carried out and identifying the existing problem. During the development of the system, the XP methodology was used, which has as its objective the active participation of the user in the entire life cycle of the project through the phases that support the research work. For the Frontend part of the web application, the Bootstrap framework was used together with PHP, JavaScript and HTML, and, in the case of the Backend, JavaScript was used together with NodeJs to access a MongoDB database, in effect, the design of the improved monitoring and statistical data process was obtained, as well as the contribution by the web application in decision making based on the statistics offered by the system.
