La inimputabilidad de los adolescentes infractores en el delito de sicariato en el Ecuador

Abstract

Los adolescentes infractores representan una seria problemática en la actualidad, la evolución de sus conductas delictivas los ha llevado a ejecutar delitos que atentan contra la vida de las personas, tal como el sicariato; las políticas públicas que el Estado ecuatoriano adopta frente a esta situación no solo son obsoletas, sino que además son insuficientes para lograr regular este fenómeno social y concretar un cambio significativo a la tasa de criminalidad juvenil que flagela al Ecuador; es de esta forma que se hace evidente, la necesidad de un estudio que sea capaz de analizar la realidad actual sobre los adolescentes infractores, indagar en las diversas teorías y legislaciones internacionales, y de esta forma hallar una posible solución que permita restablecer el orden dentro de la sociedad, además de lograr la prevención y reincidencia de conductas similares por parte de los adolescentes.

The adolescent offenders represent a serious problem today, the evolution of their criminal behavior has led them to execute crimes that threaten the lives of people, such as contract killings; The public policies that the Ecuadorian State adopts in the face of this situation are not only obsolete, but they are also insufficient to regulate this social phenomenon and achieve a significant change in the rate of juvenile crime that plagues Ecuador; It is in this way that it becomes evident, the need for a study that is capable of analyzing the current reality regarding adolescent offenders, investigating the various theories and international legislation, and thus finding a possible solution that allows restoring order within of society, in addition to achieving the prevention and recurrence of similar behaviors by adolescents.
