Planificación y presupuesto para redes de agua potable, alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial, en el barrio Primavera 2, cantón Machala, y aplicación de la metodología de Lean Construction

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo de investigación se tiene como fin desarrollar la planificación y presupuesto de obra del proyecto de reurbanización para redes de agua potable y alcantarillado en el barrio “Primavera II” el cual se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Machala. La metodología a emplear se basa en el desarrollo del presupuesto por medio del software MS Excel, en donde se realizará el cronograma valorado, el presupuesto de obra, análisis de precios unitarios (APU) y el cálculo de cantidades. La planificación del proyecto se elaboró a través de sistema Lean en donde se establecieron programaciones semanales con sus respectivas restricciones siendo ya estas liberadas, el proceso de planificación fue ejecutado en el software MS Project, se desarrollaron las actividades con sus fechas, recursos y tiempo de duración correspondientes, mismo que se calculó en base a la fórmula del rendimiento diario.

The purpose of this research work is to develop the planning and construction budget of the redevelopment project for drinking water and sewage networks in the "Primavera II" neighborhood, which is located in the Machala canton. The methodology to be used is based on the development of the budget through MS Excel software, where the valued schedule, the work budget, unit price analysis (APU) and the calculation of quantities will be carried out. The planning of the project was elaborated through the Lean system where weekly schedules were established with their respective restrictions, these being already released, the planning process was executed in the MS Project software, the activities were developed with their dates, resources and time of same corresponding duration that was calculated based on the daily performance formula.
