Diseño de un centro de culto con estructura sismo resistente complementado con sistemas constructivos renovables en la Coop. Valle de los Geranios, Guayaquil 2022

Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto arquitectónico es el de brindar un espacio para la práctica de culto religioso, busca incentivar a los usuarios al uso de los espacios comunes como un centro de interacción, no solo entre los habitantes, sino que también con la naturaleza, pues al estar cerca de un bosque protegido como lo es el Cerro Colorado crea la iniciativa de cuidarla, es un gran paso gracias a la propuesta de materiales sostenibles y construcción sismo resistente, también el lugar se puede utilizar para dar charlas, reuniones, atención de las brigadas médicas que brinda el municipio de Guayaquil o realizar actividades comunitarias fuera del tema de culto. El enfoque de la investigación para llegar a los resultados obtenidos es mixta, la representación de la propuesta se realiza por medio de bocetos y fotomontajes donde se permite visualizar de una forma objetiva el resultado de proyecto, para esto se realizó una visita de campo que sirvió de base para analizar el sitio mediante encuestas, y con cuyos resultados se llevó a cabo el diseño para la propuesta de un Centro de culto que se convertirá en un hito para la Cooperativa Valle de los Geranios y así poder satisfacer las necesidades de carencia de este espacio para los moradores.

The objective of the architectural project is to provide a space for the practice of religious worship, it seeks to encourage users to use common spaces as a center of interaction, not only among the inhabitants, but also with nature, since being near a protected forest such as Cerro Colorado creates the initiative to take care of it, it is a big step thanks to the proposal of sustainable materials and earthquake-resistant construction, the place can also be used to give talks, meetings, care of the medical brigades that the municipality of Guayaquil offers or carries out community activities outside the theme of worship. The approach of the investigation to arrive at the results obtained is mixed, the representation of the proposal is carried out by means of sketches and photomontages where it is possible to visualize the result of the project in an objective way, for this a field visit is carried out that will serve to analyze the site through surveys, and based on the results the design was carried out for the proposal the design will be carried out for the proposal of a Worship Center that will be a milestone for Valle de los Geranios and thus be able to satisfy the needs of lack of this space for the dwellers
