Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos ergonómicos con propuesta de plan mejora en las actividades operativas del área de redes de distribución en la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP Unidad de Negocios Guayaquil.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo poder identificar los peligros y evaluar los riesgos ergonómicos en el área operativa del departamento de redes de distribución en la CNEL EP UN Guayaquil, ocasionados debido a las posturas forzadas que adoptan al momento de ejecutar una actividad, además por el incorrecto levantamiento de cargas manuales, generando lesiones y en la peor de las situaciones, una enfermedad profesional, afectando al sistema musculoesquelético. Para poder identificar las actividades que están afectando al operador se aplicó los métodos observacionales (REBA, OWAS) y la matriz de riesgo IPER, los resultados obtenidos demuestran un nivel de riesgo alto por el cual se deben tomar medidas correctivas, que ayuden a evitar gastos innecesarios por el pago de multas, el resultado del análisis costo/beneficio es de 1.01, esto significa que es rentable la ejecución de la propuesta que tiene el fin de eliminar o controlar los riesgos.

The objective of this research work is to identify the hazards and evaluate the ergonomic risks in the operational area of the distribution networks department at CNEL EP UN Guayaquil, caused due to the forced postures adopted when performing an activity, in addition to the incorrect lifting of manual loads, generating injuries and in the worst situation, an occupational disease, affecting the musculoskeletal system. In order to identify the activities that are affecting the operator, observational methods (REBA, OWAS) and the IPER risk matrix were applied. The results obtained show a high risk level for which corrective measures must be taken which help to avoid unnecessary expenses for the payment of fines; the result of the cost/benefit analysis is 1.01, which means that the execution of the proposal that has the purpose of eliminating or controlling.
