Considerando la información recopilada, el docente parvulario investigador debe ser
innovador, carismático, empático. Esta serie de características fundamentaron la
elaboración de una propuesta que permita al docente asumir un rol proactivo en su
desarrollo personal y debe orientar a establecer mecanismos y procedimientos para
las actividades ligadas a la investigación. The present research project was carried out in the Faculty of Philosophy Letters
Sciences of Education in the Nursery Educators Career refers to the professional
profile of the kindergarten teacher, from their philosophical training of professional
performance, belief system, in educational competencies. The objective of the work
is to place active participation in scientific research to seek solutions to the problems
that arise today.
The kindergarten teacher faces new research challenges as a proposal we have the
design of a guide of good research practices, where his approach is shown through

Considering the information collected that the researcher kindergarten teacher must
be innovative, charismatic, empathetic. This series of characteristics based the
elaboration of a proposal that allows the teacher to assume a proactive role in their
personal development and should guide the establishment of mechanisms and
procedures for activities related to research.
