El desempleo juvenil y su incidencia en el crecimiento del subempleo en Guayaquil período 2014-2019

Por medio del presente trabajo de investigación se pretende analizar el problema del desempleo juvenil a nivel nacional, profundizando en la ciudad de Guayaquil para poder determinar las causas que afectan a la generación de empleo adecuado en el país, para lo cual se utilizó el método de investigación descriptiva con datos cuantitativos que representan los indicadores laborales con los que se analiza el mercado de trabajo, también sostiene un análisis social, donde se plantea describir el desempleo juvenil y el subempleo como fenómenos sociales a partir de rasgos determinantes, dicha información fue otorgada por el INEC de acuerdo a la última encuesta de empleo, desempleo y subempleo realizada a nivel nacional en el año 2019. En los resultados obtenidos dentro de esta investigación, se destaca el alto porcentaje de jóvenes que buscan empleo en el país, y la pérdida en la calidad del trabajo debido al incremento del empleo inadecuado especialmente del subempleo, mostrando un mercado laboral adultocentrista donde la posibilidad de estar desempleado se va reduciendo a medida que va aumentado la edad. Through this research work we intend to analyze the problem of youth unemployment at the national level, deepening in the city of Guayaquil to determine the causes that affect the generation of adequate employment in the country, for which we used the method of descriptive research with quantitative data that represent the labor indicators with which the labor market is analyzed, also sustains a social analysis, where it is proposed to describe youth unemployment and underemployment as social phenomena from determining features, such information was provided by the INEC according to the last survey of employment, unemployment and underemployment conducted nationwide in the year 2019. In the results obtained within this research, the high percentage of young people seeking employment in the country is highlighted, and the loss in the quality of work due to the increase in inadequate employment, especially underemployment, showing an adult centric labour market where the possibility of being unemployed is reduced as age increases.
