Factores de riesgo que influyen en el contagio de sífilis en mujeres embarazadas atendidas en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil

Esta investigación fue hecha con el objetivo de determinar los factores de riesgo que influyen en el contagio de sífilis en mujeres embarazadas atendidas en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil. Enero a Agosto 2020. La población de estudio fue 111 embarazadas con sífilis. Los datos se tomaron en una ficha de recolección, agrupándose en tablas y gráficos, para analizarlos. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, de campo, cuantitativo. Loa resultados fueron: el 83% tenían estudios secundaria, el 14,4 % primaria y 1,8 % superior; un 68,5% cuenta con una sola pareja sexual, 25,2 % 2 parejas sexuales; un 6%, de 3 - 4 parejas; tuvieron 1 aborto 45.9%; y en cuanto al uso de preservativo el 97,3% no usa. La propuesta: Charlas educativa para las gestantes. Se concluye que la mayoría de las gestantes tienen estudios secundarios y tiene una sola pareja sexual, así mismo la mayoría no usa preservativos This research was done with the aim of determining the risk factors that influence the spread of syphilis in pregnant women treated at the University Hospital of Guayaquil. January to August 2020. The study population was 111 pregnant women with syphilis. The data were collected in a collection sheet, grouped in tables and graphs, to analyze them. The research is descriptive, field, quantitative. The results were: 83% had secondary education, 14.4% primary and 1.8% higher; 68.5% have only one sexual partner, 25.2% have 2 sexual partners; 6%, 3-4 pairs; promiscuity 95.5% denied; and regarding the use of condoms, 97.3% do not use. The proposal: educational talks for pregnant women. It is concluded that the majority of pregnant women have secondary education and have only one sexual partner, and most of them do not use condoms.
