Este trabajo de titulación tuvo como objeto la promoción de la autoestima en niños, niñas y
adolescentes, participantes del Proyecto “Yo me doy un like” ejecutado en la modalidad online
durante el ciclo I 2021 – 2022, y su eje interrogó acerca de la efectividad que tuvo este proceso, siendo
su finalidad analizarla para comprender mejor nuestras experiencias y así poder mejorarlas. Dentro
de la metodología se asumió el enfoque sociocrítico y la sistematización de experiencias, teniendo
como fuentes de información 11 adolescentes de 13 a 14 años, entrevistas semiestructuradas,
registros del diseño y planificación de los talleres, reportes psicológicos y memorias técnicas. Se
concluyó que la efectividad fue limitada como consecuencia de la falta de claridad y delimitación
terminológica, la no especificación del modelo y metodología de promoción de salud, la selección de
un diseño incompleto, así como una planificación de intervención deficiente en cuanto a objetivos,
medios y duración. This degree work had as its object the promotion of self-esteem in children and adolescents,
participants of the Project "Yo me doy un like" executed in the online modality during the cycle I 2021
- 2022, and its axis questioned about the effectiveness that this process had, being its purpose to
analyze it in order to better understand our experiences and thus be able to improve them. Within
the methodology, the sociocritical approach and the systematization of experiences were assumed,
having as sources of information 11 adolescents from 13 to 14 years old, semi-structured interviews,
records of the design and planning of the workshops, psychological reports and technical memories.
It was concluded that the effectiveness was limited because of the lack of clarity and terminological
delimitation, the lack of specification of the health promotion model and methodology, the selection
of an incomplete design, as well as a deficient intervention planning in terms of objectives, means and
duration
