The violation of their fundamental rights is a fact of general knowledge that has consequences for social rehabilitation programs and legal statutes that seek to protect this primary objective of the prison system. The function of the Social Rehabilitation Centers regarding the reform of the deprived of liberty is undermined by international and national regulations, the right to host the optimal conditions to establish measures capable of strengthening the treatment axes for the correct social reintegration. Despite the protection of these rights, the prison infrastructure suffers large gaps that cannot be filled with legal regulations, the objectives of reform remain in words and the person deprived of liberty must face vulnerable situations that wreak havoc within their recovery and end making it impossible to have a real opportunity to rejoin society
