estudiantes con conductas inapropiadas The present research work "Restorative methodological strategies to reduce
disruptive behaviors in students of 3rd year of general basic education, of the
Fiscal Educational Unit General "Luis Alfredo Molina Arroyo" has the purpose of
applying strategies of active guidelines to prevent and reduce inappropriate
behaviors through techniques and behavioral reinforcers. It is important that these
practices are reflected in the curriculum as a transversal element, the study has a
mixed approach, through a bibliographic and field review, the collection of
information is through surveys and a checklist in relation to the variables. The
statistical results reveal that teachers sporadically use techniques and strategies,
without a psycho-pedagogical basis and without the intention of modifying
behavior; in this same context of data processing, it is observed that the most
frequent disruptive problems are aggressive and defiant, as they initiate conflicts.
Therefore, it is recommended to promote training for teachers as a means of
prevention against disciplinary sanctions, on the other hand, the DECE should
perform constant monitoring, classroom observation, self-esteem workshops, and
individualized attention to students with inappropriate behavior
