Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos en el área de oxicorte en la Empresa Serlosid.

Abstract

Esta investigación consiste en realizar un estudio de evaluación de los riesgos en el área de Oxicorte en la empresa SERLOSID, con la finalidad de mitigar o eliminar los Peligros y los riesgos que puedan afectar la integridad física y mental de los trabajadores. Mediante un check-list de suficiencia, se evaluó el estado inicial de SERLOSID, el cual dio como resultado 24% de cumplimiento con el marco legal en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y mediante la matriz de identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos y control (IPERC), se identificaron los riesgos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores en sus puestos de trabajo, teniendo una frecuencia del 30% los riesgos bajos, 40% los riesgos medios y 30% los riesgos altos. SERLOSID debe implementar un programa de capacitación que permita desarrollar una cultura basada en la prevención de riesgos, con la finalidad de contribuir a un entorno sano y saludable para los trabajadores.

This research is about an evaluation study of the risks in the oxyacetylene cutting area in SERLOSID Enterprises, in order to eliminate dangers or hazards that could affect the mental or physical integrity of employees. Through an improvement check-list, the initial state of SERLOSID was evaluated, which has resulted in 24% of accomplishment in the area of Safety and Health at work space. In addition, by means of the identification, evaluation and control matrix, specific risks that the employees are exposed to in their work area were identified, having a 30% of low risks, 40% of medium risks and 30% of high risk. SERLOSID must implement a Training Program that allows the development of culture based in prevention to contribute for having a healthy environment for employees.
