La eliminación de la tercerización y su impacto en los niveles de empleo en el Ecuador período 2004-2019

En el presente proyecto se analizó la eliminación de la tercerización y el impacto que tuvo en el nivel de empleo en el Ecuador en el período 2004 al 2019, el objetivo principal es analizar si las empresas tercerizadoras o intermediarias eran la única fuente de generación de empleo y como afectaba a las tasas de desempleo, empleo adecuado y empleo inadecuado, ademas se demostró como fue el proceso de tercerización en el país y cuales fueron las causas que impulsaron al gobierno de turno a eliminarlo, tomando en consideración a las reformas implementadas a este tipo de empresas no estaban bien estipuladas, ni reguladas y permitían abusos a la clase trabajadora. El análisis del caso reflejó que la eliminación de la tercerización contribuyo a que el nivel de empleo adecuado se mantuviera y no decreciera en comparación a los períodos anteriores, se obtuvo mejores prestaciones a los trabajadores y derechos sociales. Se descarto la tercerización como el único factor que afectaba directamente al nivel de empleo y las variaciones que ha tenido del PIB son uno de los factores aportantes al crecimiento del empleo In this project, the elimination of outsourcing and the impact it had on the level of employment in Ecuador in the period 2004 to 2019 was analyzed, the main objective is to analyze whether outsourcing or intermediary companies were the only source of job creation and how it affected unemployment rates, adequate employment and inadequate employment, it was also demonstrated how the outsourcing process was in the country and what were the causes that prompted the government of the day to eliminate it, taking into consideration the reforms implemented to this type of companies were not well stipulated, nor regulated and allowed abuses to the working class. The analysis of the case reflected that the elimination of outsourcing contributed to maintaining the adequate level of employment and not decreasing compared to previous periods, obtaining better benefits for workers and social rights. It was ruled out that outsourcing was the only factor that directly affected the level of employment and that the variations it has had in PIB are one of the factors that contributed to employment growth
