This research seeks to carry out a study on the impact that fiscal policies have had in terms of the

comparatively analyze the performance of this agricultural sector in those periods, as well as
identify the needs of the sector, detail the importance and influence that the sector has within the
country. The applied methodology is qualitative, with an explanatory scope and a nonexperimental
research design. The source of the data collected will be carried out through a field
investigation, where the sample collected will be developed through the non-probability
sampling method, applying the information collection technique by snowball where the
elaborated interview will be applied as an instrument. The results show that the support or
contribution from the State has been practically nil, the fiscal policies applied to the sector have
not significantly helped its development, and it also manages to show the needs and
insufficiencies that the sector suffers, which impede and limit its development local and
international potential
