Análisis y propuesta de mejora del proceso operativo del servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza en edificaciones, que ofrece la Empresa Tikpay S.A.

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo el de mejorar el sistema operativo del servicio de mantenimiento y limpieza en edificaciones que actualmente ofrece la compañía, para lo cual se emplea un estudio y análisis de los factoresprimordiales que conforman el proceso de operaciones, se identifican como falencias principales: los errores operativos que cometen los empleados, que a su vez generan horas extras, que no tienen un valor agregado y son valorados en $ 7.625,28. Por tal motivo se establecen estrategias con el fin de estandarizar los procedimientos de trabajo, mejorar la formación del personal operativo, además del correcto uso de maquinarias y/o equipos, esto a través de la aplicación de técnicas y herramientas de ingeniería que permitan tener resultados efectivos para lo cual es necesario realizar una inversión de $ 3,269.00. Se determina la propuesta debería ser aceptada porque por cada dólar que se invierta se tendría $1,14 de retorno.
