La tuberculosis pulmonar es una enfermedad infecto contagiosa caracterizada por su alto nivel de contagio y afectación pulmonar, es una patología reversible, con una incidencia alta de provocar secuaelas a largo plazo, está dada por el agente patógeno del micobacterium tuberculosis. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar las principales características de las lesiones pulmonares visibles por métodos imagenológicos y determinar cual es la principal y como afecta a su calidad de vida. La metodología utilizada fue de un estudio cuantitativo, transversal, observacional no experimental, retrospectivo, analítico y descriptivo. Los resultados de este estudio son: cavidades: 15.30%, atelectasia 2.93% patrón reticular 7.81%, condensación pulmonar 12.05%, nódulos 4.88%, adenopatías 17.58%, y la Conclusión de esta investigación es que los pacientes presentan lesiones reversibles e irreversibles con multiples secuelas y en gran porcentaje de afectación pulmonar provocando alteraciones en su calidad de vida Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious contagious disease characterized by its high level of contagion and pulmonary involvement, it is a reversible pathology, with a high incidence of causing long-term secondary diseases, it is caused by the pathogenic agent of mycobacterium tuberculosis. The objective of this research was to determine the main characteristics of lung lesions visible by imaging methods and to determine which is the main one and how it affects their quality of life. The methodology used was a quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental, retrospective, analytical and descriptive observational study.
The results of this study are: cavities: 15.30%, atelectasis 2.93% reticular pattern 7.81%, pulmonary condensation 12.05%, nodules 4.88%, lymphadenopathy 17.58%, and the conclusion of this investigation is that patients present reversible and irreversible lesions with multiple sequelae and a large percentage of lung involvement causing alterations in their quality of life
