Resumen
Antecedentes.
permitan mejorarlo. Background. The System of reference and counter-referral, are the protocol processes
performed by the hospital centers whose purpose is to ensure the continuity of health care in
patients. Objective. To determine the factors those influence the reference and
counterreference of the users in the Type C Health Center, Rioverde. Methodology. A non
- experimental cross - sectional, analytical descriptive study was carried out, where
information was collected from those responsible for the management of the system.
Results. Sixty-nine percent answered that they do not know about the reference and counter
reference manual, and that they do not comply with the CRS regulations, which indicates
that the physician's participation with the referral and counter-referral system is being well
taken that the problem existing part is with the technical part of this system. 100% of the
respondents answered that the filling of the reference and counter-referral system form is
correct. Conclusions. The Type C - Rioverde Health Unit does not have a technical
assessment protocol for referral and counter-referral processes, this is because there is no
specific personnel to perform this activity. It should be noted that it is concluded that they
do not monitor regularly and little to improve this service because they do not carry out
regular training to improve it.
