Gestión administrativa en la organización institucional

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación educativa se determina por buscar la solución a una problemática que se establece a través de la falta de organización administrativa que existe en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Puná”. Se aplicó la metodología de investigación acorde a lo planteado en la primera parte de este proyecto, en base a encuestas y entrevistas se pudo identificar las causas que generan una mala gestión administrativa en la institución lo cual perjudica el desempeño en general de la institución sin tener una orientación que brinde las garantías necesarias en los estándares de educción que rige el Ministerio de Educación. El líder de la institución, la persona que está a cargo de toda la gestión institucional debe ser el responsable directo en organizar la socialización de los procesos a toda la comunidad educativo con el fin de lograr una institución con una organización más adecuada a los estándares de calidad educativa

This educational research project is determined by seeking the solution to a problem that is established through the lack of administrative organization that exists in the Fiscal Education Unit "Puná". The research methodology was applied according to what was stated in the first part of this project, based on surveys and interviews, it was possible to identify the causes that generate a bad administrative management in the institution which impairs the overall performance of the institution without having an orientation that provides the necessary guarantees in the standards of education that governs the Ministry of Education. The leader of the institution, the person in charge of all institutional management must be directly responsible for organizing the socialization of the processes to the entire educational community in order to achieve an institution with an organization more appropriate to the standards of educational quality.
