Promoción de hábitos saludables en prevención de colelitiasis a usuarios del Centro de Salud Santiago de Guayaquil/octubre 2018-enero 2019

La colelitiasis desde la antigüedad es considerada como unos de los problemas de
salud de mayor impacto, que afecta al ser humano. Objetivo Determinar la efectividad de la
promoción de hábitos saludables en prevención de la colelitiasis de los usuarios del centro de salud
Santiago de Guayaquil /Octubre 2018 - Enero 2019.Metodología: esta investigación tiene un
enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, prospectivo de tipo descriptivo y de campo; con una población de
120 pacientes y una muestra de 50, se utilizó la encuesta como instrumento de investigación.
Resultados: cumplida la recolección de datos se determinó que la población ingiere alimentos con
alto contenido calórico en periodos frecuentes, con respecto a la actividad física, la ingesta de agua
y el descanso resultaron deficientes. No obstante, se comprobó el índice de conocimiento, indicando
un déficit en el conocimiento general de la patología, sugiriendo los encuestados en el trato de esta
temática con mucha más frecuencia. Por otra parte, se comprobó la presencia de factores de riesgo
no modificables más incidentes, tales como la edad, el sexo, la edad fértil y el embarazo. Conclusión:
existe un porcentaje consistente en el desconocimiento de la enfermedad y su sintomatología, hábitos
de salud alarmantes y factores de riesgos no modificables indudables por lo cual es necesario el
fortalecimiento del rol educativo buscando así, un cambio su calidad y estilos de vida. Cholelithiasis since ancient times is considered one of the health problems of greatest
impact, affecting the human being. Objective To determine the effectiveness of the promotion of
healthy habits in prevention of cholelithiasis of users of the health center Santiago de Guayaquil /
October 2018 - January 2019. Methodology: this research has a quantitative, cross-sectional,
prospective, descriptive and field approach; with a population of 120 patients and a sample of 50,
the survey was used as a research instrument. Results: once the data collection was completed, it
was determined that the population ingested foods with high caloric content in frequent periods, with
respect to physical activity, water intake and rest were deficient. However, the knowledge index was
verified, indicating a deficit in the general knowledge of the pathology, suggesting the respondents
in the treatment of this subject with much more frequency. On the other hand, the presence of
nonmodifiable risk factors plus incidents was confirmed, such as age, sex, fertile age and pregnancy.
Conclusion: there is a consistent percentage in the ignorance of the disease and its symptoms,
alarming health habits and undoubtedly unchangeable risk factors, which is why it is necessary to
strengthen the educational role looking for a change in their quality and lifestyles.
