Las competencias laborales en la calidad de gestión administrativa

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó en la Escuela Fiscal de Educación Básica “Pablo Sandiford Amador”, la misma que tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación existente entre las competencias laborales y la gestión administrativa del establecimiento educativo, la que fue posible mediante una investigación cualitativa, cuantitativa y bibliográfica. Para la obtención de la información se aplicaron encuestas a docentes y representantes legales del último año de básica y entrevista a la directora de la institución. El cuestionario estuvo compuesto de 10 preguntas con cinco opciones de respuesta. La metodología a emplearse en este moderno proyecto fueron investigaciones de campo, descriptiva y estadística, en ella se narran los hechos de forma real y confiable, lo que hizo posible observar la veracidad de la problemática. Luego de la investigación fue realmente necesario la elaboración de la una guía metodológica dirigida al personal docente para de alguna manera contribuir a la solución del problema planteado.

The present investigative work was carried out in the Fiscal School of Basic Education "Pablo Sandiford Amador", the same one whose main objective was to determine the relationship between labor competencies and the administrative management of the educational establishment, which was possible through qualitative research, quantitative and bibliographic. To obtain the information, surveys were applied to teachers and legal representatives of the last year of basic and interview to the director of the institution. The questionnaire was composed of 10 questions with five response options. The methodology to be used in this modern project were field investigations, descriptive and statistical, in which the facts are narrated in a real and reliable way, which made it possible to observe the veracity of the problem. After the investigation it was really necessary to elaborate a methodological guide aimed at the teaching staff in order to contribute in some way to the solution of the proposed problem.
