Determinación del porcentaje de germinación de semilla de limón Citrus limón en diferentes tiempos de inmersión a base de extracto de limón Citrus limón

Abstract

La investigación se realizó, en la Comunidad Los Ríos, Cantón Rocafuerte, Provincia de Manabí, localizado geográficamente a 0°49´55¨ de latitud sur y 80°29´16¨ de longitud Oeste, con una altitud de 8 msnm. Se utilizó un diseño completo al azar con cinco tratamientos, cuatro con diferente tiempo de inmersión de semillas y uno como utiliza el agricultor de la zona, con cuatro repeticiones cada uno; los objetivos de esta investigación fueron: a) Determinar el mejor tiempo de inmersión para la germinación de semillas de limón y b) Evaluar comportamiento de los tratamientos Con respecto al mejor tiempo de inmersión para la germinación de las semillas los mejores fueron, T. 1 (12 horas de inmersión) y T. 2 (24 horas de inmersión), con plantas germinadas a los 21 y 30 días después de la siembra, mientras que los tratamientos 3, 4 y el tratamiento 5 (testigo) tuvieron plantas germinadas a los 148- 150 días después de la siembra.

The investigation was carried out in the Los Ríos Community, Cantón Rocafuerte, Province of Manabí, geographically located at 0 ° 49'55¨ south latitude and 80 ° 29'16¨ west longitude, with an altitude of 8 meters above sea level.
