Implementacion De Manual De Cobranza Para La Cooperativa De Ahorro Y Credito Universidad De Guayaquil

Abstract

En la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito de la Universidad de Guayaquil no existe un marco referencial de cómo administrar de manera correcta la cobranza de la organización, de tal forma que no se logra recaudar el ingreso al capital, por lo cual no se genera una utilidad real, y en virtud de eso, los procesos de documentación no están archivados de una manera correcta. A través de la investigación documental, exploratoria y descriptiva se determinó que el 57% de los colaboradores de esta institución no están de acuerdo con los procesos utilizados actualmente. Para la solución de esta problemática se plantea la creación de un manual de cobranza para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Universidad de Guayaquil. Este Manual tiene como objeto, normar el proceso de cobro de cartera vencida.

In the Saving and Credit Cooperative of the University of Guayaquil there is no referential frame of how to properly manage the collection of the organization, in such a way that it is not possible to raise the income to the capital, for which a real utility, and by virtue of that, the documentation processes are not archived from a correct way. Through documentary, exploratory and descriptive research it was determined that 57% of the collaborators of this institution do not agree with the processes currently used. For the solution of this problem, the creation of a collection manual for the University of Guayaquil Saving and Credit Cooperative. This manual has as an object, regulate the process of collection of past due portfolio.
