mortalidad de los pacientes dializados un total de 7 fallecidos entre agudos y crónicos Background: CKD is defined as abnormalities in the structure and function of the
kidney, and they occur for a period of more than 3 months, generating health
implications. It is classified based on the cause, and is corroborated with the
glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) (<60 ml / min / 1.73m2), the amount of albuminuria
present, the urinary sediment, the imaging studies and / or alterations in the acid-base
and electrolyte balance and may even cause death if the patient does not receive renal
replacement therapy (dialysis) or kidney transplantation.
Objective: of the study is to determine the number of patients diagnosed with chronic
kidney disease in dialysis patients in the iess ceibos hospital.
Materials and methods: A retrospective observational study analyzing the clinical
histories of the iess ceibos hospital statistics department of all patients with chronic
kidney disease in dialysis patients in the iess ceibos hospital.
SAMPLE: It included patients with a diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease, who met the
inclusion criteria of the investigation and who had medical treatment in the Internal
Medicine Service of the Iess Ceibos Norte Hospital during the study period.
Results: ACCORDING TO STATISTICAL DATA WE HAVE A MORE PREVALENT INCIDENCE
IN MALE SEX 148 PATIENTS AND FEMALE SEX 75 PATIENTS WITH ERC. 50% OF
PATIENTS HAVE DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION REPRESENTATION OF MORTALITY OF
PATIENTS DIALISED A TOTAL OF 7 DECEASTS BETWEEN ACUTE AND CHRONIC
